After years of highs and low's with weight loss and athleticism I've finally decided enough is enough and time to back to my old college weight of 175. Best shape I've been in playing lacrosse for a Division II University. Doing this for myself only, want to be able to go out and not feel like i should be chasing Indiana Jones in The Temple of Doom.
