About Me
A Novis Trainer, I began my journey 2014.For a year I began Body weight training at home, than a year ago I felt I needed more of a challenge something new.
Back than I was fat thin, yet I had a good basal strength, but who would believe a thin guy being strong. So with my new career as IT Technician I began to workout to keep the body in good shape.
I have always been active I love to walk or take the bike somewhere far away. But due to my new lifestyle I feel I can do so much more. Today I hike, cycle, walk, body weight training and go to the Gym for at least four days a week.
I am aiming to be big, muscular and athletic. In a near future I will add running to my active life, maybe compete in OCR or Iron Man (Triathlon).
It hasn't always been smooth sailin' being a novis at the Gym I felt I needed a Personal Trainer to get me going, get me motivated Pumped up to hit the Gym, sadly I had the worst PT ever. So I have found my own path with some instructions from my Personal Trainer. Hardest part right now is get the nutrients I need and time at the gym, with a full time job, wife and two little boys life is hectic. But I keep it together all the parts....
