I have been bulking for 5 months now, and im looking for some critique on how its going so far. My weight has gone from 68 kg (150 lbs) to 78 kg (172) lbs. My height is 181 cm (6'). Ive been eaten 3500 calories a day in clean food, gaining about 2 kgs (4 lbs) a month. Things i usually eat are: chicken breasts, eggs, yoghurt and steak for protein, Pasta, rice, oatmeal and fruit for Carbohydrates, and Peanut butter nuts and oil for fat. I workout 5 days a weak with a, Chest/tricep, Back/bicep, Legs/shoulders, Chest/tricep, Back/bicep split. My lifts has gone up a fair bit which i am proud of. Bench: 50 kg (110 lbs) -> 90 kg (205 lbs) Squat: 100 kg (225 lbs) -> 140 kg (315 lbs) Deadlift: 110 kg (240 lbs) -> 150 kg (330 lbs) Military press: 30 kg (66 lbs) -> 55 kg (121 lbs) Pullups: 3 -> 10 with 5 kg (11 lbs) weigthed Progress pics: Before: http://imgur.com/k0LLuIX , http://imgur.com/EifTNOz After: http://imgur.com/mRpMT46 , http://imgur.com/rAepGBH Any feedback is appriciated, would also like a bf estimate
